This week’s photo is selected from a short overnight trip the Gettysburg Battlefield National Park in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Along with offering a history lesson, the park provides ample Landscape photography opportunities. The consists of many open fields surrounded by rollings hills and each offers excellent vantage points ion Morning light and evening sunsets. There are countless monuments of dedication placed in all locations of the park. Some monuments are multiple stories high and allow visitors to climb and explore. These large monuments can offer excellent views of the entire park.
This week’s photo is a farm house and barn on the southwest portion of the battlefield. What I like about this photo is that the barn is red and often shrouded in mist every warm morning. The wooded fence adds both foreground and lines.
